HPV chemicals governed by European or Japanese industry
Within the framework of WCC, the World Chlorine Council, Euro Chlor is also keeping track of chlorinated HPV chemicals that are under the lead of European producers who are member of Euro Chlor. Furthermore, Euro Chlor also hosts the chemicals governed by Japanese companies, who regularly send updated information for inclusion here.
The table below contains information on these chlorinated substances For each substance, the status and the projected SIAM (Glossary) at OECD (Glossary) level are indicated.
The status of data collection and SIDS preparation is indicated as being "ICCA compound", "finalised" or "assessed by OECD". Following the link for each substance will lead you to more detailed information. For each substance the SIDS Summary Table (Glossary) and the SIAP (Glossary) are given as soon as they are available.
