Downstream users of chlorinated solvents range from big multinational to small and medium size enterprises (SME) with the big majority tending to be SME's and micro-SMEs.

As part of its continuous effort to encourage responsible and safe handling of chlorinated solvents, ECSA has developed several information and guidance documents designed to help using chlorinated solvents not only in the most effective but also in the safest and most responsible manner by following best industry practices.

These information and guidance documents are of particular value for SMEs and comprise:
