Euro Chlor members complete final stages of joint venture ahead of schedule
Member company INEOS has finalised its acquisition of INOVYN; completing Solvay’s (another Euro Chlor member company) part-interest in the Company.
INEOS and Solvay formed INOVYN as a 50/50 Joint Venture in July 2015, with Solvay's exit originally planned for July 2018. However, as of 07 July 2016, the companies completed works ahead of schedule after final regulatory clearances were granted.
Mr. Jim Ratcliffe, Chairman of INEOS said "We are delighted to have completed the full acquisition of INOVYN, one year since its formation and two years earlier than expected."
Euro Chlor congratulate all those involved in concluding their successful joint venture and look forwards to supporting all the companies going forwards.
