February 2016 Chlorine Production Figures

In February, the European chlorine production reached 794,485 tonnes. With 27,396 tonnes, the February average daily production was 3.6% above the level of the previous month (January 2016: 26,450 tonnes), but 0.7% lower than in February 2015 (27,586 tonnes).

With 249,588 tonnes, the February caustic soda stocks were 0.4% higher than in the previous month (January 2016: 248,496 tonnes), but 12,120 tonnes below the level of February 2015  (261,708 tonnes).
