NOVEMBER 2025 CHLORINE PRODUCTION

In November 2025, the European chlorine production stood at 584,647 tonnes. With 19,488 tonnes, the November 2025 average daily production was 4.7% lower than in the previous month (October 2025: 20,457 tonnes) and 10.5% lower than in November 2024 (21,781 tonnes).

With 237,707 tonnes, the November 2025 caustic soda stocks were 11.9% lower than in the previous month (October 2025: 269,966 tonnes) but 20,157 tonnes above the level of November 2024 (217,550 tonnes).

The following tables give the details of chlorine production and caustic soda stocks in the EU-27 countries plus Norway, Switzerland, and the UK from January to November 2025.
