In March 2011, the European chlorine production stood at 866,311 tonnes. With 27,946 tonnes, the March average daily production was 2.7% lower than in the previous month (February 2011: 28,712 tonnes), but 2.5% higher than in March 2010 (27,277 tonnes).

In January 2011, the European chlorine production reached 854,452 tonnes. With 27,563 tonnes, the January average daily production was 5.7% higher than in the previous month (December 2010: 26,076 tonnes), and equally 5.7% higher than in January 2010 (26,083 tonnes).

In February 2011, the European chlorine production reached 802,944 tonnes. With 28,677 tonnes, the February average daily production was 4% higher than in the previous month (January 2011: 27,575 tonnes), and 2% higher than in February 2010 (28,107 tonnes).

In December 2010, the European chlorine production stood at 808,717 tonnes. With 26,088 tonnes, the December average daily production was 6.5% lower than in the previous month (November 2010: 27,896 tonnes), but 9.7% higher than in December 2009 (23,784 tonnes).
