April 2018 Chlorine Production

With 25,127 tonnes, the April average daily production was 2.3% lower than in the previous month (March 2018: 25,714 tonnes), and 3.5% lower than in April 2017 (26,030 tonnes).

With 258,995 tonnes, the April 2018 caustic soda stocks were 0.6% lower than in the previous month (March 2018: 260,683 tonnes), and 63,106 tonnes above the level of April 2017 (195,889 tonnes).

The following tables give the details of chlorine production and caustic soda stocks in the EU-28 countries plus Norway and Switzerland in April 2018.
