April 2020 Chlorine Production
In April 2020, the European chlorine production reached 704,728 tonnes. With 23,491 tonnes, the April 2020 average daily production was 7.5% lower than in the previous month (March 2020: 25,404 tonnes), and 10.7% lower than in April 2019 (26,303 tonnes).
With 178,306 tonnes, the April 2020 caustic soda stocks were 15% lower than in the previous month (March 2020: 209,701 tonnes), and 114,835 tonnes below the level of April 2019 (293,141 tonnes).
