July 2018 Chlorine Production

With 26,382 tonnes, the July average daily production was 0.3% higher than in the previous month (June 2018: 26,291 tonnes), but 5.5% lower than in July 2017 (27,929 tonnes).

With 236,566 tonnes, the July 2018 caustic soda stocks were 7.7% lower than in the previous month (June 2018: 256,396 tonnes), and 42,788 tonnes above the level of July 2017 (193,778 tonnes).

The following tables give the details of chlorine production and caustic soda stocks in the EU-28 countries plus Norway and Switzerland in July 2018.
