Sébastien Gallet new Euro Chlor manager for chlorinated solvents

Sébastien takes over the responsibilities of Wolfgang Marquardt who has been working in the Euro Chlor
Sébastien galletsecretariat for five years and leaves the federation by the end of July to pursue new opportunities in his homeland Germany.

Sébastien Gallet has a Master degree in organic chemistry (Université d'Artois, France) and a PhD (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium). He joined the European Chemical Industry Council (Cefic) in July 2007 as technical counselor for the Fine, Specialty and Consumer Chemicals sector group. Since then, he has also been working on silica issues, carbon nanotubes, electrofused minerals and nanotechnologies.

The European Chlorinated Solvent Association (ECSA) is a sector group within Euro Chlor that represents
the interest of the European chlorinated solvent producers and consumers. The association was founded more than 35 years ago.
